Film Review - The Social Network

Is 'The Social Network' really an oscar worthy film that defines our generation, or is it simply another bio-pic, describing the story of how Facebook made some Harvard students into billionaires? Personally, I think it's a mix of both. Although the movie does have a slight bio-pic ere about it, it doesn't come off as just another run-of the mill true story movie. There's something more to it - Although it does help greatly that the subject matter is both fresh and interesting (not to mention generation defying - who doesn't have Facebook, right?), but the cast of actors and actresses appear to be casted seamlessly in their roles, and the script is thoroughly well written on many levels. The Social Network is a multifaceted masterpiece- it is rare to find a movie that appeals to such a wide audience as this one does. So, although not every fact in the movie is 100 percent accurate, the movie itself is 100 percent enjoyable.

Marylin Delpy: The site got 2200 hits within 2 hours?
Mark Zuckerberg: Thousand.
 Marylin Delpy: I'm sorry?
 Mark Zuckerberg: Twenty-two thousand
Marylin Delpy: Oh.
